Week day, after hour, and Saturday appointments are available.

Fees
Bonnie participates in most insurance panels. The out of pocket fee for service is $70.00.

New Client Application

If you have scheduled a therapy appointment, please print the Client Application, complete it and bring it to the appointment. (Application is not for Families at Five substance abuse program.)
